This week, we at CDDA and IQLatino had the opportunity to donate and join forces with Venezuelan American Alliance (VAA) in order to help elegible Venezuelans to apply for TPS (Temporary Protected Status).
Now, that the registration period was extended until September 9, 2022, there is enough time for everybody who is eligible, to apply for TPS. So far, approximately 180,000 Venezuelans have already applied.
“If you are applying for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) under Venezuela’s designation, effective March 9, 2021, you must register during the 18-month registration period that runs from March 9, 2021, through Sept. 9, 2022.
